Barrel completely jammed in the cap even though the key was moving the pins.
Ultrasonic with cleaner, lemon juice, squeezy.
Then 3in 1 penetrating oil wiggle wiggle wigg.... you get the idea and eventually it went.

Long story but the W shaped cam tool pinged out when checking valve clearances /shims and pretty sure it's bent the valve Cant see that being the problem, it would just be like the valve slamming shut.
