I see on the first picture you have the separate prefix KHI. I have that on one of my engines which I hadn't seen before

The little tang only has to go into the M6 hole and bend the rest of the washer up the side of the nut.

Can't remember but I think the large top yolk centre bolt will act as a rotor puller.
