Got my own bought as original owner sat in my outhouse with a bent rear end, caused by a mate who ran thru' a bus pull in then launched it up the road . Last tax disc 30/11/79 .

Russ that's absolutely beautiful mate, all credit to you. Reminds me of mine when they first came out. fuel tanks
What I have read is that Z1 tanks had no seam at the back,and Z1000 tanks had one.Tank on mine [bought off a friend who converted his 1000 to Rickman chassis] is from a Z1000 with seam. Remembering the Rickman conversion jogged the old grey matter to where it came from.Result.
