Fork rebuild

Hi ..i am rebuilding a set of forks that came in pieces and want to make sure I have them in the correct arrangement Looking at the pic do I have all the parts in the correct order ? Also the bush at the bottom looks like it can go on both ways ( there is a lip at one end ) which is correct ? Thanks...

I had the same problem ...... loosened of the clamps on the bottom of the forks and gave it all a jiggle and it fell into place Cheers Chris, problem solved. Some head scratching and a senior moment, losened fork bottoms and they sprung inwards ever so slightly to fit flush with spindle ends. Exact...

I had the same problem ...... loosened of the clamps on the bottom of the forks and gave it all a jiggle and it fell into place

Hi ,,,, I have the chance to buy the C5 ignition system for my Z1B which is fitted with a DYNA At $300 it seems pricey compared to a DYNA but the kit comes with coils so thats ok I assume I second hand as on their website the big Zed setup is $479 and with the pound being what it is that’s a good b...

Just a thought ..... have they used the correct valve spring retainers for the shim under bucket ?
I believe they are different to the shim over bucket ones and maybe that broke the shims
I will stand corrected if that is not the case that they are different
