Wrong . Not my bike . Look in the for sale bit to see who it belongs to . Yes I still think the pipes are ugly and the nines are prototypes .

Bottom filter is for 1000/1100 J/Gpz . This will not work in your bike . Go to Z-power and get the right part .

Re: Z1000A2 Project
The engine will need to be split as the front guide needs to be replaced . Fit a new endless cam chain and replace all off the cam chain guides , sprockets and rubbers . Doing anything else is a waste of time . Get a Kawasaki workshop manual and read it , then do the engine .

Re: Z1000 output bearing
The cut outs allow more balls to be fitted into the bearing , a high load bearing . A normal bearing with circlip grooves will not have the same load capacity as the standard bearing . If you fit a normal bearing it will collapse under the load and you will have to strip the motor again . Do the job...

Re: Kawasaki ELR
Any paddock stand I have seen and used for standard swingarms are shit . Get one of the scissor type stands and use it on the lower frame rail where the centre stand would go . Take the exhaust off to change the oil and filter . If you want to keep the bike and like mechanical stuff change the oil e...
