My purple H2C (pictured) is the import and once of Mr Brett.

Note to self: 'read posts at least twice to get the context'......

:up Lovely 'purple people eater' by the way.

Re: 750 H2 Triples

I have one of those. I’ve never ridden the early ones, so I can’t comment on them. This one is ex Mr Brett, going by the title certificate, an import from the Land of the Free , (not Texas, the other bit). The bike is unusual in that it is often well-mannered, good-tempered and great fun. Occasiona...

Re: 750 H2 Triples

Thanks folks. Mathh, Yes, it has most of the hard to find parts (and some incorrect parts unseen in the photos) but it does have the wrong rear mudguard as the UK version didn't have the rear reflector; the one fitted is a Euro one, easily sorted but expensive to do so. Garry, Your experience is a v...

750 H2 Triples

I remember riding a mate's H2 in the mid-70's and a wicked thing it was, back then! But ever since a friend bought a very nice purple US spec H2C last year I've had a hankering for one even though I'm not particularly a big blue-mist fan and know little about H2 specs, but I am reading up....... :t0...

Hi Steve, That's a cracking K3 you have there, I've got a 11/70 K1 recommission in progress - but forget trying to spell Ho.nda on here; the spelling parameters have been set by the Mods who went to a different school to most of us. Good luck with the Z1A or B resto, you'll get lots of help on...

Nice one Andrew. Hope to see you around on it soon. Few of us going to Alton station cafe on Weds eve if you're out ? Hi Steve, Yes, Wed eve is good for me - what time? Surrey and Hampshire Hills

As many of you may know it's been a shit two years; my stroke on 30 June 2019 took my licence for a year and although my recovery was going well I was medically retired from the Army. On 30 December 2020 my wife, Bev, sadly lost her brave fight with cancer, she was just 60. Yesterday Mark Kelleher o...

Well, the good new is.......

Well, the good new is that I've decided to sell my 1970 CB750K1 and the Z900 is going nowhere!
To replace it, I've bought an original1973 UK model XL250K0 Motosport with 10,200 miles from new, so looking forward to doing a bit light green laning in the summer.

Re: Carburettor Handy !

Because of working on a few sets of carburettors and the lockdown boredom I made this fixture and it works really well, no more chasing the carbs around my work bench. I’ve made four and I’m keeping one, so three up for grabs at £40.00 each. You going to make some more? Same question as above, or d...
