Mine came off at about 80mph, made a whizz noise as it rested on the end of the shaft, so Ii guess I was lucky. Had a look on the internet and a GPZ1000RX sprocket has 1mm more offset, so this would be better, ZZR 1100 sprocket has 6mm more offset but I don't think it's available in 630. Tempted to ...

With further investigation, looks like this is a standard Unitrak front sprocket, so I just need to find out how much offset it has

After my sprocket nut coming undone (big thankyou to RobW for rescuing me from the roadside) I need a sprocket with 2mm more offset so that I don't need a washer behind the sprocket and then the tab washer will have enough to hold onto, my current sprocket is marked BA523-15, does anyone know what o...

Update, dropped jetting from 125 to 122.5 today, feels crisper
Tried Dyna 2000 curve 5 instead of 4, went back to 4 as 5 gives it a flat spot at 3K
Koso guage fitted a coiple of weeks ago

Or you can make the twist grip end bigger by gluing on a piece of plastic pipe to the existing throttle tube

Decent bullet connectors are easy to get but decent multi way connectors are difficult, best ones I've had came from Wemoto, but they were expensive

Z1100R has a Unitrak engine, that ignition pickup is standard Unitrak, if you want to fit a Dyna ignition you'll need a J engine casing
