So if the aftermarket kit size is 0.6 for when you fit K & N's :| what size was the factory stock standard one's :shock: This would be handy to know, as if you have not owned the bike from new, who knows what bodging has gone on :roll:

You can make your own out of M5 brass grub screws or threaded bar and some micro pcb drill bits. IIRC 0.6mm is the size for the Z but you could make several sets of different sizes to fine tune to your particular set up. Hi AL, well I suppose you know this is what I do, seat foams and covers and seat restorations. One of my customers is after a J1 seat foam. Hmmmmm, lot's of answers just need to pick the correct one. May try a different 2/3 coil. This problem seems to be intermittent :roll: Can't think of any other thing to do. Thanks Guy's for all your input.
