Clearing the air from the system after fitting new components is not a quick job and you need to persevere but you will get there.

The release worm drive may need some light grease, classic symptoms are that the clutch lever gets stiffer as the engine warms up.

The pattern items are a poor copy of the originals.
Try John Browse for originals or there are some on EBay but not cheap.
The arm is a tight fit at times.

If the swing arm has been powder coated make sure the ends where the bushes press in are clear of coating and are bare metal as that will add to the overall width. As already mentioned the flow from tap outlets should be equal, if the tank is on try running with the cap open in case the breather is blocked.
