I wonder if the Z1000a2 fork top threads are different from the Z1000a1?
The screw did changed from hex nut to grub screw type ?
Has anyone got an a2 that they could remove the plastic bung and measure the screw top, pretty please ?

I bought a pair of second hand replacement std nuts (I think ?) but when I tried to fit them today I found that the replacements were actually bigger than the nuts that...

Is the pushrod seal an O ring
There was a broken Oring when I took the cover off but could not work out how it fitted, even had a look at the manual and still can't ?

Just had a look.
The alternator wires are wet and can't see a grommet ?
Have wiped clean and will ride tomorrow and check, looking promising
If so, I guess it's just new gasket and grommet ?
Will advise tomorrow

I have a slight oil leak, a drip or 2 noticed building along the bottom of the sprocket cover and on the curve of the clutch cable. :( Also notice some around the top of the gearbox so maybe dripping down. Do you have any idea what the part number is for the rubber part that slips over the foot peg bracket, the Side stand hits it when it flicks back ?
