Bike looks super , I usually clean mine when I get home but yet to take wheel and swingarm off to do so ! Are you going to paint the wheels gold ? Also as one of the few who is lucky enough to own both the 1000 and 1100 , could you tell us which one is nicer to ride and what do you notice is better ...

Thought it looked familiar , just had a dig in the attic and found this photo from the 86 IOM TT . Impressed me 30 years ago , good luck with it for the next 30 !!

Love that paint scheme , it was always going to struggle next to green but these days has a bit of exclusivity and would be quite tempted myself by this colour. More pics please !

Yep walked past the Z750 twin many times thinking it was some kind of Suzuki DR in those colours, maybe he should paint it green . Anyway a bit more original than the usual cafe racer conversion.

Weekend Meet

Had a good blast at the weekend down to near Stuttgart where Peter Krauss (Edersee 2012 and Z Club Germany ) had a gathering for 70's and 80's bikes at his home / work . An amazing collection of bikes in his '' shed '' and some interesting Z's in the car park. http://i1168.photobucket.com/albums/r49...

Great pics, the two Zeds next to each other look super , just up my street ! Interesting to see the difference between the two of them , the 1100r looks very long and low parked next to your J . Did it handle with the new back end ?

Hello All, After it's winter break took the Gpz out in the lovely spring sunshine and after a nice blast it would not fire back up battery had flattened itself. A quick investigation found melted block connector to reg/rec , and only continuity between 2 of the 3 yellow alternator wires, one of the ...

I have been looking for 2 years and have never seen one come up . A few people have them hidden away in cellars and garages but do not expect them t...
