I'd guess that one will be about September 1976 - you need to contact Kawasaki UK Customer Service they'll steer you in the right direction, as far as I know the manufacturer is one of the few authorities the DVA will accept dating authentication from nowadays. I'm not sure how much they charge, and...

Any recommendations for rebuilding a spoked wheel? I have one with a buckled rim, which will probably need replacing if there's no way to straighten it. Hagon or Central Wheels. If you're looking to keep it of a piece you might need to find them a rim, might be easier/cheaper to find a decent wheel...

Don't know if it's of any interest to anyone on here, or if anyone knows someone working on one of these, I came across these at the back of the " parts department" 25001-1742 clocks for the above NOS if they're any use to anyone £100 plus post.

Or you could just paint it a blue colour you like it's your bike. I never liked that greeny colour. My bike also went through light blue metal flake phase during the eighties and nineties it's been this colour since mid 2000 I get still quite a lot of people saying they like it
