Jerry, Here's the pics of the tank...it's the same as the tank on my C1, which I believe is also the same as a B1 tank. It's obviously been repainted but is in good condition. As you can see, it has the lockable cap and I'm not sure if I have a key that fits, so will need to take a look. Steve http:...

Hi Ollie,

I seem to remember that Bernie of Beezeees had a few of these, although it was a fair while ago now but I'm pretty sure they were remanufactured items. Worth giving him a call anyway.

Thanks for the offer Stu, however, the crack in Mark's cylinder head is also around the plug hole, albeit a pretty bad one...think it's unlikely that he'd want to go for another one...but thanks anyway.

His cylinder head is badly cracked and expert advice has recommended that he replaces it, so if anyone here has a good one for sale, you can eithe...

I believe you are correct Steve...this was something that I noticed years ago, the earlier clamps do have a different profile around the holes. The ones on the left in your picture will almost certainly be the originals from your Z1A. I've had one or two that have had cracks in them, so it's reasona...

Wanted...Z1 Starter Solenoid

I need one of the above for my early Z1 if anyone has a spare that they wouldn't mind selling. The spare one that I have turned out to be as useless as the one already on the bike!

Thanks...
