Using your old harness sounds plausible Philippe, except when it looks like the one I found on my bike hahahaha ....

Re: ST Wiring loom
I used a MK2 repro harness from Frank Bach. He says it comes closest to the ST. Be prepared to make modifications though as the location of a number of electrical parts differs from the ST.

Re: Offset gearbox sprocket
Looks like you’re right Scott. After waiting for two weeks for a one day delivery on my second order VVM only responded to my second email last monday and said he could not check t&t as he is on holidays. Sorry I got you involved with VVM too.
Re: Z1000 st
I used a MK2 replica wiring harness as it comes closest to a ST one. Frank Bach from zclassic told me that. You do need to alter some things however.

Re: Offset gearbox sprocket
Math, how long did VVM Racing take with your sprocket? I paid them over a month ago and still no sprocket....two weeks ago they said it was in the post....still no sprocket.... fear that i'm being told a load of bollocks. It took a while, my first one was finished in a couple of days, postage took ...

Re: Z1000J Build
Your bike is coming together nicely! I want a set of Öhlins Blacklines for my Sanctuary look-a-like as well and I have a question about them if you don‘t mind. What length did you order? 34, 36cm? How many kilo’s spring? And how much do they sag when you lift the bike from the side stand to the upr...

Re: New here..
That ST/Mk2 is stunning, is that a MK2 tail and seat then actually the seat is for a MK2 and made to fit. Moved the hinges on the frame and made a small subframe in order to keep integral strength of the seat instead of hinging it in the glassfibre only. Also added a push button lock and a seat sto...
