Hi, just removed the starter and stripped it down and it is absolutely knackered. It was very hard to turn the shaft and some of the brushes were dust. Hi all, as usual bike didn't want to go to its MOT and wouldn't start. Here is the problem. Starter relay clicks when starter button depressed. Chris, I had an alloy steering yoke made so I cant help you with that area, but I used a ZX10 offset sprocket with a washer behind it and the chain lines up spot on. Hi all, the local VJMC club will be having its annual show at Great Blakenham village hall (B1113 nr Ipswich) on the 26 June. There will be also an auto jumble, bar and ice cream van.

Having gone to the Dyno day and got a disapointing 63 bhp for my Z1170 with Keihan carbs, obviously something is not quite right.
