It will only leak with engine running because the flow is on from the vacuum tap, sounds like the needle valve is passing. 1.6 size if I'm not mistaken. Should be same as mine

Hi guys, the little tool that is available for removing the internals on a set of forks, from bikers tools I think, does it work on the z1000a, just the inside slide on the 650 has a round hole not a hex head. Before I start to change the pitted tubes. Thanks
