Re: Z1100R ELR Parts Wanted

Paul,
With regards to the head light ears....

Can you measure from the centre of the fork to the hole for the head light shell ??

If I can get this, I can have a couple fabricated up.

Cheers

Re: Z1100R ELR Parts Wanted

Guys
My headlight bowl has a few cracks, so if there is one out there for sale, give me a shout, I believe the 1983 GPz1100 is the same.

Also headlight ears

Re: Lawson Jigsaw Project

Got my tyres fitted, went for Avons, worked out @ £200 including fitting, balance & valves. Discs fitted, I'm not sure if I like the short front mudguard, will need to look at that . The rear brake calliper seems to be a GPZ type, but I don't have a calliper mounting bracket . Another thing to s...

Why is the aspect ratio different on the front / rear tyres?

Can a 140 80 18 be fitted to the rear ??

Front mudguard, had some rot ,
So cut it out & infilled, will be welded, dressed & passed onto Simon @ Flying tiger, along with the other body work parts.
Not going to be a standard paint job, by a long shot  :D

I used a Unitrak stand and spring on my R frame which was always a single spring type.

I think I prefer the single spring set up.
Thanks all the same

I have one ready to bolt on with all springs, lock washers et al.

I would need time to sort it as it's in a box somewhere.

If its the single sprint type, then yes please.
Let me know how much
