try oxalic acid for the inside rust, its in crystal form n water soluble n a cupful to a gallon of water, left for 24hrs should nuke the rust, leaving a black film that can be cleaned off with solvents or high pressure water. its available on ebay about £5 a kilo..i haven't tried it yet its a tip i ...

mike, as Adrian said(kinda) 'delkevic' 4 into 1 has good reviews and stainless too.the downpipes without the silencer would be my choice as it comes with all hardware required, allowing you to fit a nice silencer as theirs although kinda cheap looks a bit sensible. either way its about £180-£300 ish...
