Got a Delkevic on my 1000J.
For the price they are very good. Fit well and seem to be pretty good quality.

They do a different style longer end can too if you prefer that look.

A long time ago I managed to seize the oil scraper rings on the middle pistons on my original Z1000J.
What came out of the exhaust was more white than typical 2-stroke blue.
In fact it looked just like Mark's photo.

Have you ridden with them on the road before the resto ?

Agreed, short mudguard (if any) on an ELR rep.

Surely you would only bend a valve if either you force the valve open with the piston at TDC or if you moved the engine position with the shim tool in place (not easy to do, depending on which type of shim tool you're using) ?
