I had a similar one fitted to my Harris to stop oil surge creating oil starvation and as the others have said to stop frothing of the oil from movement. The Dyna 2000 turned up this week. Not saying I'am chicken but I just wanted the rev limiter as a bit of insurance for the engine in case of a missed gear.
