The sun is shining so thought i might invest some time in the bike. Just realised that moving my pictures around my photobox accounts has lost the links to all the pictures so will re-do some. Anyway wish I had not started now as when I came to tighten down the cam holders I found 3 of the holes hav...

Hi Col, thanks for the reply. I need 2 spacers to hold a rearset away from the frame. I also need some spacers to hold an oil cooler at the right angle to the frame. This should be a case of 2 spacers on an angle for the top fitting and then 2 longer sleeves for the bottom fixings. If you can give m...

Know anyone that can create one off parts?
I need a few spacers made up to mount things like rearsets and oil cooler bracket to my Lawson project. Has anyone got a lathe that can do these for me if I supply spec and drawings?

Rob, i had exactly the same problem when I rebuilt the engine on my Lawson. I bought a rotor off eBay that was claimed to be for a GPz1100 and it did look identical to the one that came off. When I tightened this new down the starter clutch locked solid and I went through all the things you have tri...

Hi rob - can you give me a feel for what it cost? I bought a cooler and mounting bracket direct from Earls and they were really good but the take-off is special order only and is huge cost as they make it as a one off. Earl's sold me what they claimed were weld on converters to adapt Kawasaki fittin...

Crankshaft rotor - what model?
Can anyone identify what model this rotor should fit? It has GP9325 stamped on the back and there are 6 magnets inside it. I bought it as i was told it fitted Z1000R/Gpz1100 engines but it does not even though it looks identical in size etc. When it is torqued up it locks the starter clutch. If I ca...

I have a spare generator windings I can let you have for a few beer vouchers. Ping me a pm for a price. I got recommended to Electrex World near Reading by Z Power for the rotor which they had in stock for £120 + VAT. It looks different from the one that came (fell) off although the guy assures m...

Hi ztig! Dont be tempted to fit a Kerker - they dont fit! I tried to graft the one from my Z1000r on to my GPz A3 to get it through its MOT as my Harris was so loud..... The bottom mount on the rear suspension is exactly where the silencer would connect to the downpipes! PS as someone with a Unitrak...
