Re: Z650 Shims

Sorry, I was asking how the shim swapshop works for the smaller under bucket jobs. I need 5 smaller thickness shims for one of my 650's. I've used the shim exchange for the Z1 that Jerry looks after but I know he doesn't do the smaller ones. The club has a 13mm shim collection available on a swap ba...

Z650 Shims

What's the process for swapping shims for the under bucket 13mm items as fitted to the Z650 etc.?

Re: Garage Security

I've got a pretty vicious cat but she probably wouldn't be able to stop a determined scumbag thief.

Thanks for the advice so far....keep it coming

They look very impressive in the shop in nice warm dry conditi...

Re: Lithium Battery?

I've just put one of these on my Z1B. Not quite as powerful as a motobatt, but identical in size to the original Yuasa, no acid to drip on my expensive exhausts and it's not YELLOW !! Decent price from Halfords as well.... http://www.halfords.com/motoring/motorcycling/motorcycle-batteries/yuasa-ytx1...

Candy Red one is mine.
Nearest blue one is Chris (SVENLEATHER).

Great day, lucky with the weather and some lovely Kawasakis to drool over.

I rebuilt my Z1B calipers using their kit, inc stainless pistons.

No issues or leaks. Only difference from originals was the rubber was a bit thinner on the slide bolt seals.
