Re: Old School 'Newbie' from Nottingham!
Very nice collection - especially the '32 Roadster'. I have a good friend who owns one too.
Re: LED Bulbs
Yes, on my tail light, and then I swapped back to a good old element bulb. In fact the original was brighter than the LED!
The dash warning brake light stays on with a LED bulb fitted so I'm guessing it needs a resister fitted, which I didn't want to do.

Re: 76 900 side covers
I ordered one from Zpower for my Z 'thou' and it was as good as an original with nice sharp edges and crisp locating lugs. When I ordered a second one later in the year, it was awful and so much so that I sent it back. When I spoke to the guy at Zpower about it he said it was luck of the draw with w...

Very nice and I bet it sounds lovely with that Piper?

Great paint-job - it's kinda copying the Z1000A2 lines but actually looks better on the smaller Z650.

Slightly off-topic, I know but, does that under bracing on the JMC / Metmachex actually do anything?

Pod filters
I need to change the pod filters on my Z thou A2 as that's what the bike came with and standard airboxes are too expensive and tricky to obtain. I did try some cheap Ebay versions but they made the bike run like shit at higher RPM (over 6K)... so, it comes down to K&N's (surprisingly expensive a...
