what u really want is a pair of whitepower shocks like on the racefit bike, :wink: I bought those of jon with a kat yrs ago and gave him them bac as I was going to monoshock it ,then changed me mind ,what a plonker ,they don't make em anymore and are very very very hard to find,

Gary, If you use GPZ barrels you will have to have some welding done on the crank cases to take the front cam chain guide if I remember correctly. Thats why I said use the old Zed ones. unitrack cases need extra mount fitting,id go with z1 type cases ,then its which type of camchain to use ,roller type is meant to be stronger,hyvo types meant to be queiter and less likely to slip on harsh down gear shifts + you don't have all the guides and camchain wheels,then its which crank?unit...

some thing wrong then ,my bikes run hsr45s and don't flood til 3.5 + on tickover,what size carb is the z running and if its a 42 is it the turbo spec one ?

put a small pump and regulator on the z1r and set the pressure between 2 -3 psi and it should start on about half a crank :wink:id get the fuel mixture checked on a dyno
