sounds like youve gone too far with the rebore if you look under my old kaw never die series ap racing recomened that most you should rebore on a 900 stock barrels is 1015 cc and on a 1015cc rebore to 1075cc hope this might be some help to you I would change the barrels or fit oil cooler i know thes...

sounds like you might have a bit of dirt in the carbs this happened on one of my bikes which was a z650 undo the drain of screws on the carbs and place a plastic container underneath have a look in the container to check how much dirt there is . Ive done this on my bikes loads of times and this norm...

can anyone help iam about to paint my engine satin black using pj1 how clean does the engine need to be to get a good finish . Ive taken the engine out and iam using a wire brush wire wool :?: does the engine need to look like new .

ive tryed 102 high octain fuel in my z900a4 that they sold at the local bp station where i live .
