Small progress
I started a few jobs on the P&M: Exhaust studs and QD flanges: I used some left over M8 studs i had from the Zed project and had Mikey plate them for good measure. Did a quick CAD model of the ports geometry so i can get stud length and the design of the 2 part QD flange right: IMG_20180112_1534...

Tank, side panels, tail-piece and front muddy are all at Dream Machine for the exotic paint treatment. I asked John to replicate the following as close as he can except for Silver rather than gold on the tank and tail-piece: Kawasaki Z1 RCM-257 by Sanctuary Tokyo West 08.jpg Kawasaki Z1 RCM-257 by S...

GPZ1100 generator rotor
Hi all,
Has anyone got a generator rotor for a GPZ1100, even if its knackered. I want to cut the centre hub out and use it for an endurance bike so i can mount the clutch/starter gear etc.
Thanks in advance....

Re: My Ultimate Zed
very nice where did you get the head light brackets from , do they fit a 43mm fork
I designed them and had a local CNC company make them, then got them black anodised.
They are for 53mm USD forks but could be designed/made to fit any size.
