Double checked everything. ( well Mrs crossthread did ) Postcode in profile , Short cut deleted , logged out , back in , and --------- nowt !!!! Wish I'd joined online , It might have been easier . Any other suggestions gratefully accepted.

Nope. My information box says Pum . Next box down is Online users . My name is listed as a registered user . Go to members only section and I get " Certain areas of the site are only available to registered users and some to paid up members "

It's me again. We have progress . The My Information bit tells me I'm now a paid up member , big thanks to whoever did that . However , I still can't access the owners club members area . I'm only a country bumpkin, let me in , it's cold out here !

Best Pod Fiters.

Unless someone tells me that K and N are worth every penny I am discounting them on the grounds of cost . So the question is , what's the second best ( ie cheaper ) pod filter? The ones on my bike at the moment must have come free in a Christmas cracker, the holes are so big they couldn't stop a fly...

Agreed . Carbs don't like being kept dry but modern ethanol fuel is a problem . A full tank of ethanol free is a good idea if you find it.

Rickman switchgear

My Rickman was built from a 1979 Mk2 A3. The left hand switchgear has a button marked STAND which is now redundant. What did it do and how did it work? Stand up or down ? How did it overcome spring tension ?
