De-Chrome
I have some z900a4 engine cases that have been chromed in the past :( Have spoken to my chroming people and they have advised that it is a very simple process to remove. Has anyone ever gone down this route ? I am particularly interested as to what finish I will be left with as a base for polishing ...

Z1a Chain Oiler
Quick question ?
Could anyone advise if it is ok to run the chain oil pump without actually using oil in the tank.
Any reason it could get damaged
Thanks

Re: KZ900a4 Restoration
So far no problems.
Most parts should clean up nicely
Still intend to paint frame, swingarm and battery box etc.

Z1a Chain Oiler Pump
Can anyone advise what the O Ring (92055053) is for that fits onto the pump drive shaft ?
Do I still require the O Ring if I am not actually running oil through ?
Is it OK to run the chain oiler pump without chain oil ?
Thanks for any advice.
