So all the numbers in the handbook are wrong they have a prefix 0 that they shouldn't have and since October 2013 no-one has noticed up until now? I thought it used to be not a bad show, we had a stand there for a few years. Then when that whole Donington remake/rebrand fiasco happened it was moved, and was a flop pretty much at the new venue. Since Donington let them back it seems never to have recovered the momentum.

I have fitted a set to my A1, they look very similair if not identical but having the devils own job trying to sort the bearing and hub inner spacers. I dont have a lathe to make new ones but wondered if there was a standard spacer to suit available? If they were the proper Kawasaki ones for the A1...

I think Kawasaki Centres started selling genuine wheels as an aftermarket fitment around late 78 or in 79 - the Z1-R came with them as standard obviously - so they were fitted to a lot of Z1000s around that time especially as the standard wheels could go rusty quite easily. Plus most people used to ...

They fit interchangeably but they look a lot different, the later ones are not as good looking. Subtle but painful....
