Re: Z900 A4 fuel leak any ideas please?

If the overflow tube is cracked split it can be replaced but it's easier to sleeve it on the outside with some bass tube then solder it in place. Re: Z900 A4 fuel leak any ideas please?

Another thought. With the bowl off fill it with fuel and see if level drops. If it does then the overflow tube has a crack.
Which means when the level drops from dumping fuel from the crack, it refills and then repeats again etc etc.

Re: Z900 A4 fuel leak any ideas please?

Sounds like the float is sticking on the bowl side. When bowl off works fine, when bowl on overflows. Can only be a clearance issue between bowl and float.

Re: Alloy wheel Identification CMA’s maybe?

Hi Warren, for such rare / seldom seen for sale items it's a case of how much someones prepared to pay / how badly they want them ! Especially for an early Zed - there'll probably never be another set come up for sale ! ...... Just watch this Forum ~ "For Sale" section in the next couple ...

Good on you Gray, makes all the effort and hassle a dim and distant memory. Just snagging to do now? Every build has a few niggles to sort.

Messing about with some old clocks but need a clock crimp ring.

Depends how good the surface they are bolting too is, scratches, pitted etc. A smear of rtv won't hurt either way.
