Seems these fork extensions could be good value! I am sorting out the internals myself. Hopefully I will have some more bar delivered tomorrow, so I can make up some extensions for the damper rods. The first attempt was cack as I tried to use 10mm dia tube, but by the time I'd run a die down it the ...

Just had the 'official' quote for my new bottom yoke & fork extensions. It was never gonna go down, it has gone up (suprise, suprise). but not ridiculously. The original quote of £300.00 was + VAT, which I forgot to mention. The new quote goes like this; Fork Extensions x 2 @ £48.40 each Botto...

Mick, The seat comes with a base, it's a tough composite plastic type thing, so no worries regarding rot. you will need to supply a set of standard hinges & catch, then just bolt these to your new seat. There was one on ebay, but sadly its just finished, it will give you some idea of what's avai...

Thanks for your comments Mick, the seat is made by Corbin (USA) the model is 'Gunfighter & Lady' (sounds a bit poncey, I know) http://www.corbin.com/kawasaki/73kz.shtml I think the UK importer was 1066 Moyorcycles, or something like that. Corbin website should take you to a UK dealer. Google aro...

Brian, I have looked all over, but I cant find it. I could swear I have very recently read a thread about your exhaust being a 'bit low' (maybe it's the stella?) What you have had made is gorgeous, but when you say 'shortened do you mean the end can, or is it the down pipes shortened so it fits clos...

Brian, Your bike does indeed look the 'bo**ocks', I have enjoyed watching the progress you have been making. I have tonight re-read the whole thread as I would like to know where you had your fork extensions made. I notice you live fairly close to TES Performance, was wondering if it was them that d...
