Bill, Part No 46094-011 is coming up as KH125? Z900 A4 uses 46094-017 which is common to all the below models. Maybe try John Browse or DK if you get stuck? No, just the normal headlight. Yes wiring could be better, it's all original as far as I know so might just be a process of elimination. As Pigford suggests the handlebar switch is a good place to start. Take it off and check for corrosion or shorts, bear in mind shorts could be to the bars. Also c...

Don't make the mistake I did once with a screw extractor trying to get a locking wheel bolt off. I drilled the hole too deep, only to discover the extractor was expanding the bolt as it went in. No amount of leverage would budge it after that!
A suitable size torx bit got it out in seconds.

It sounds like your wiring is in a bit of a mess. Seek some help if you are not good with electrics. Try contacting Iain Marshall he may know of a member not far from you that can help.
