Re check the torque setting on the head...might be slightly loose due to settling down after the rebuild.

The burning oil would need a stripdown to fine where the oils getting in...

All the aircooled mag wheels will fit, Although the later ones may need slightly tweeked spacers. For forks, best just buy forks and yokes together from any of the twin shock models and they should be a straight swap. If you want to keep your yokes I believe any of the round tank kawas have the same...
