I assume you mean the jig that allows you to fit the top idler from earlier engines to a Z1000J head

Does make you wonder if the kick start mechanism is actually there.
Is the blanking off plate flush.

If it is I doubt if there is a kick start mechanism is there, crank case split to fit one as Crofy said.
