looks like a lot of oil passin through.surely worth checking the rings & deglaze bores while your down that far. just to add to others suggestions,has the head been skimmed?(maybe a little to much)had same thing on gsx motor many yrs ago.extra clearance was gained by fitting 2 base gaskets. once...

martin,had a wisco 1170 fitted to my uni a few yrs ago.was also fitted wih a 80bhp nitrous kit.
the only head gasket that held it together was a single piece "cometic"
no idea who does these now or whether they are still avaliable,but would highly
recommend if you could find one.
