Re: UK Z1000A1 - Camper Van Beckons! £5250

We had an AutoSleeper Clubman GL 2.4 with a Turbo add on - bloody brilliant little bus - shot over to France a few times free-camping in it - We sold it for an A class Rapido and now are heading to the world of a rear lounge. Pretty sure this is a Z1000A1 arm - probably not what you are after.

Re: Rear Brake Torque Arm Wanted

I have one that came with the bits with my z1000a1 - I have no idea if it's even from the bike - it is either new or been powder coated and is still wrapped up - I will check it out tonight for you.

Z1000A1 AIR BOX - BUY OR SWAP

Hi all - hope that it's ok to put this wanted up like this - if anyone has an air box that would suit my nearly finished 1977 Z1000a1 I would be very interested to purchase. If you have one spare but would rather swap than sell I have the following items that could be traded A Fuel Tank - believed t...

Air Box Identification Please

Hi all - everything was going so well with my build - carbs on, motor running - thought that I would have a look at the airbox's that came with the bike and pick the best one - but there is no facility with either to fit a filter? So i'm guessing whatever these are off it isn't a 1977 z1000a1. Which...

Re: Z1000A1 - Basket Case Build

Thank's Philippe - as always - thats really helpful - I wont get another chance to get in the garage until Thursday by which time I should have the last few items turn up in order to finish up. I need to fit the cable guides and route all the cables correctly if anyone has some close up pics to help...

Re: Z1000A1 - Basket Case Build

Today has been a good day - like really good! Finished up with the carbs and fitted them, even managed to rescue the original intake mounts. It's not that I'm tight, I just think for my builds I would rather refurbish and use as much of the original bike as possible even if the end result shows it's...
