KwackerZ1, For me the top adjusters (preload & damping) will still work as I have extended the internals too. If you go back a bit on this thread, there are pictures. Pigster, Keith at KMKustoms is your man, there is a link to thier website earlier in this thread. They cost £100/pair + VAT, whi...

I strongly agree with some of the earlier comments, ie; Soak with deisel or some other (plus gas] penetrating fluid for a good long time, and get some heat into the caliper body.... ...

For what it's worth Brian, I think it looks good as a twin shock. But from my own experience there is no point carrying on the twinshock route if you are gonna look at it when it's done & wish you'd monoshocked it. If it's monoshock you want, then do it...... Yeah it's a load more work to do, bu...

TLC, Agreed, the building is a Big part for me, but I am gonna make the time/effort to ride my steed when it's all sorted. Mick, I am worried you might come across some floral print wallpaper, for your tank/panels & a bit of old shag pile to re-cover the seat :!: :!: :!: I am worried it might no...

TLC, Nice to hear you've been tempted to ''The Dark Side''. I look foward to the pic's of you with the angle grinder :!: :!: :!: As for powder coating, I have not had a ''bad experience'' & it would be my choice for calipers, as the interface with brake fluid/paint is never a good one, However I...
