Well it's been too long eh !!
many developments and near selling but since the last post so long ago a few changes have had to be made - both engine wise and riding position. Many a pretty penny has been spent !

Thanks for your replies. There was some slack and the end can can be pulled up. Work in progress to test the bump and see if the exhaust leaks at the headers.

Regarding the Exhaust - it seems to be a headache at the moment as the Silencer flaps about a bit and a bolt on the Swinging arm will hit it on full bump. Howie, Do these switches work like the Motogadget ones, press once for the lights to come on, press the same button for high beam? The Valves i have bought are these from Z-Power: Valves full set of 8 Part number 12004/5Z1000A/D/E.

If it's just the one valve and everything else, timing, springs etc check out ok then you need to check the guide clearance. If that one is slightly on the tight side it will nip the stem when hot and the valve won't return under spring pressure once it's been opened by the cam and the piston will ...
