Re: Partzilla

My experience of Partzilla is that their site often says they have stock of an item which you can add to basket but when you contact them, the parts are out of stock.

I don’t even try them anymore.

Re: Z900 A4 Strange gearbox issue, anyone help?

Sorry, I should have said that the longer pin needed to be moved one more space anti clockwise to achieve the same dimple position as the one shown in the photo of the black engine!

If it’s all sorted, all is well! :D

Re: Z900 A4 Strange gearbox issue, anyone help?

It could be that the long pin needs moving one hole anti clockwise.

Re: LTD Engine Refresh

I would helicoil it. I’ve done a number over the years and never had any trouble at all.

If you do go down the helicoil route I’d pay a bit more and get a decent quality kit!

Re: Z1000a2 mag wheels.

This post reminds me of my post below where I tried to identify the wheels taken from my A1. I never even advertised them as I wasn’t 100% sure what they were from originally, all I knew was that they fitted my A1 perfectly. Some good knowledge being shown by you guys! http://z1ownersclub.co.uk/phpB...

Nice tidy machining work there. Has it clocked true when fitted to the motor?
