Very nice looking special . It took a long time but worth the wait . Just need some nice weather for the shakedown run . Don't go down from any high kerbs with the Harris fitted !
Not much clearance there.

Hi
None of the English spec models had the sticker on the tank originally. Cannot say what the American spec ones had but am pretty sure if any only the 1000R1.

Super work there Chris . I can fully understand the attention to detail and perfectionism , but I know that if I did it , the bike would never go anywhere ever again !

Thanks for the kind comments everyone. Its now off the road for winter ( you have to fit snow tyres here if there is any white precipitation about ) and the amount of salt that ends up on the roads could cause your bike to melt !

Have you been to Ludwigshafen Chris or just passed by ? Not top of many peoples sightseeing trips . Chemical works look good at night though as you whizz past on the autobahn .

Oh no , another Gpz/1100r bitsa !

I know it is not a very original project but judging on the number of J,R and Z projects on here at the moment , another one is not going to harm ! At long last my bike is back on the road after its latest makeover and a summer of frustration chasing a misfire that turned out to be a partially stick...

Welcome From another (ex ) Devon resident . That looks like quite a challenge you have there , good luck . Also speaking from personal experience be careful when searching for B1 spares many parts are listed as B1 / B2 but they are not interchangeable between the two ( injection , fuel tank cylinder...

If it is anything to do with this your spark plugs will be heading towards...
