drill next size up tap and seal with a rubber plug before screwing in apropriate sized grub screw just a final solution if all else fails

top tip drill the tear drop nut on the bottom edge 3mm and sit em on an electricians srewdriver before trying to locate them saves all that figglin about and cursin when the thread wont engage

Got em on me Z1R but i had to get some round bar cut it to length and thread the ends looks ok and the've been on for 18 years
