You might get away with a glazebust to allow your piston rings to form an effective seal, best to repair yours if possible if it runs ok

If your bores and pistons are OK, you'd be better off getting it welded up professionally.

Z750, GPZ750 A1,2 and 3 GT750 shaft, Zephyr750, ZR7, ZR7S even the last of the 650, F2, F3 and F4 will fit if you want. The fin shapes vary from rounded on the Zephyr to squared off on the GPZ and ZR ones, like yours are now. There may be differences in cam chain tensioner, but all run a hyvo chain....

The 900/1000/1100 kit will not fit a 400/550/650/750. Dyna S kits are made to suit specific applications. Busy this morning warming up the engine with hair dryer and heat lamp to apply the paint. Right up to masking everything off I was alternating between silver or black. I did my first 650 in silver and tbh it looked too bright. I have always liked black engines from the Z1 and my first Kawasaki a GPZ...
