Very nice Warren, I like that.
You're right about the J model too, starting to be of wider interest.

Z1000J3 (in foreign climes)
Hi Lads, As requested in the "Hello from Shrewsbury" topic. My J3, photo taken around 1989, nothing more recent I'm afraid as it's been laid up for quite a while. It's just a frame and wheels at moment. I had the frame powder coated many years back, not a fan now so stripping it off and go...

Re: Hello from Shrewsbury
Hi Andy,
My mate at work from Shrewsbury sold a green A4 many moons ago and has regretted it ever since. Maybe it's the one you bought? I'll ask him what the reg was and get back to you.
Shrewsbury numbers ended in AW, NT, UJ, UX and others I don't recall now.

Re: Parts manual Z1000J
Thanks for the pointers Fellas, Warren, does the Kawasaki site show actual Kawasaki part numbers? It's not running yet, but the CMSNL site seems to use it's own system of identification. My silencers have KZ1000............ numbers stamped on them and I want to be sure the pipes are actually off my ...

Hello from Shrewsbury
Hello All, I am a returning member following a 6 year distraction with other things, bikes/life etc. Me and my Z1000J3 celebrate our Ruby anniversary this August (40 years together), and as a celebration, she is being slowly re-commissioned following a (very) long layup. It'll be slow but sure, and ...
