Once again folks thanks for the comments they have been passed on to mr splinters too. Progress stopped for the last couple of months. A combination of sub zero temperatures and 24 hour a day rain in the tent made life impossible. I have another distraction now as well, but my bit is mostly done any...

I think it is the zinc or possibly an other usefull element which has been removed from oils which causes pick-up problems with re-built engines designed to run with it. Everyone on the internet forums recommends lubriplate 105. Debbens sell 105 for £11 plus. http://www.debben.co.uk/acatalog/no105....

A1 / A2 / A3 / 1100R From the Kawasaki supplement manual 37/14 2.642 33/18 1.833 27/19 1.421 27/23 1.173 26/25 1.040 The only difference is third gear on the J B and K M 1000r and that is 30/21 1.428 Interestingly the Base manual for the j etc shows an exploded view of the cluster with the input sha...

I need someone who has a proper re-bore setup not a converted Black and Decker. Only bloke who said he would said it would take two days with his machine becau...

The top (short shaft) is from a J3 / 1000R and the lower in the picture is from a UNI. Neither sets of case had been apart before me. I also have an 1100R full gear cluster from unbroken cases and it has 14 teeth also. Needless to say its a UNI engine too. The kawasaki manual for the J 1,2,3, K1, M1...

I have a full unitrack cluster which is going into early cases. The splined portion of the unitrack input shaft is too long where the clutch goes so just need the 'J' etc shaft to substitute. The uni's 1st gear has 16t as opposed to the z9's 14. If the 'J' shaft has 16t then i only need the shaft a...
