GPz1100 generator / crank bolt
Thanks to my inefficiency with parts storage, I seemed to have mislaid the bolt that holds the generator onto the crank . Has anyone got one spare or, maybe, the dimensions for one so I can source elsewhere?

Re: Z650 refresh...
I can't remember what the 650 clutch is like - this "650" has been fitted with a Unitrak 1100 lump for the past 23 years... So it's the 1100 engine that I'm talking about here  It's fitted with the usual Unitrak 6 bolt clutch (and aluminium basket), and while Rob has suggested fittin...

Re: Z650 refresh...
I'm now wondering if I've got my lock-ups mixed up, as I'm sure I have another one somewhere that is supposedly for a GSX-R, maybe I got them confused? The problem is, I can't find it as it is also in a 'safe place'...... So, I found the six bolt lock-up that was tucked away in a box that hadn't be...

Re: Z650 refresh...
Cheers Will - yeah, back on it! Despite the lockdown I'm still working, but from home, so I'm managing to grab some more time in the garage, finally... work was drawn to an early finish last night though, when I couldn't find the bolt to hold the rotor onto the crank.... arse!

Re: Z650 refresh...
I settled for a tap gasket from a GSX-R, without the 'bars' that cross it, although I also have a rubber Pingel gasket that could do the job if I trim it to open up the hole... Yes,it has been a long time since I updated this thread. But that's nothing new is it?... I managed to get the bits I neede...

Re: GPz1100 starter clutch bits
And, while I've ordered the shims, needle roller bearing and washers required, as they're still available as new parts, the body of the starter clutch isn't stocked / made any more...

GPz1100 starter clutch bits
So, having failed to find all of the bits  , I've got the ring gear but need the bit that bolts onto the back of the rotor. I have springs and replacement rollers, but need the body and the steel shim-thing too. Although I can guarantee that as soon as I get the replacement parts my originals ...

Carb rubbers, exhaust clamps, speedo drive
Sorting through my boxes of surplus stuff I found these. I think the speedo drive is from my Z650 B1, so the same as many other Zed ones. £15 The carb rubbers were fitted to my 1100 Unitrak to use Z1000J carbs, so I think must be 1000J rubbers (?, they're number 16065-1135, and i think 1000J are 113...

I can post if you like Jules - unless you fancy a road trip up the east coast? I'm about 12 miles north of Boston
