how do you know the reserve was 16000, it may have been higher , personaly it looks to be worth 16000 and if you were going to buy it you would view it before parting with the money , i cant see a problem

if the yellow and black wire has power at the coils, black wire is the problem , black wire runs from starter solenoid to starter switch, with clutch switch in between to make connection

join the 2 black wires on loom to bypass clutch switch , check red and yellow wire which goes to coils

lapping will be fine , you will only about 1 thou off each side , case hardening will be a lot deeper, probably 10- 15 thou per side

depending on what insurance company with you may not have valid insurance , with no mot, if you put your bike on sorn for a month , you may have to tell them, just easier to keep them mot and taxed,even if not used, as they may wont you to take out insurance to keep them off road, but insured, a rig...

mot exemption starts may 20th, vehicles modified , which have increased power to weight ratio by more than 15%(dont know what brake horsepower that is for a zed) will still have to get a mot

250 lc i had a x7 opened up the the transfer ports,raised them by 3mm, skimmed head, k&n s used to eat lc`s
