Cheers Adrian. I will at some time post a couple of photos up of it in its current condition. I like to think of it as being nearly completed for phase 1 - The chassis. Phase 2 will be engine mods. I'm still undecided what to do.

Jerry

I can ride my modified but tidy Z1R if needed. I'll have to bring the bike up and leave it there, collecting it when the shows over. Just let me know if its needed. I'm in North Birmingham so Stafford isn't too much of a jaunt.

Charlie

The calipers are spaced by washers presently. I'd rather the discs were spaced to give a bit more clearance between the caliper body and wheel.

Re: Front Disk / Rotor spacers

Noticed you had AP Calipers. My zed has Z1R wheels with AP Racing Calipers on the front end, off mounting brackets which came with a couple of stainless steel washers so you could adjust calliper / disc set up. Could measure them if you wish. Hi Adrian If I remember correctly, I borrowed the templa...

Re: Replacement Master Cylinder

Mine has the same rear caliper, only reason I have a 14mm one fitted is that at the time it fitted and worked. It is good enough to lock the back wheel up if needed, but I very rarely use it as the bike spends most of its time on the track and I only use the front brake. Rob Hi Rob What make is you...

I do hold an ambition to build a trackday ZRX. I reckon it would be a hoot.
