Z1B Tacho/Speedo Housing finish.

I am renovating the clocks on my Z1B and can't make my mind up what the correct factory finish is. After looking at loads of pics I can't determine whether the finish should be satin black, gloss black or gloss black with a crappy finish (like the frames) - anyone with a definitive answer. Cheers JR

Ginger Bear - Ideally I would like a Stanley unit, however in the short term I need anything to get the bike road legal, I have a lead on a possible quick fix that I will try whilst waiting for a Stanley unit. Many 7'' units are too deep to fit in headlamp bowl, but I will try the Mini ones as I've ...

Headlamp lens unit for Z1.

Anyone know where I can get a headlamp lens unit UK type i.e. dipped beam kicks up to left.
Have tried Z power and Z1 Enterprises and they only do US/Euro type ( I suspect any other Euro suppliers would be same.

Urgently needed.

Hi Oldtimer,
I had my Z1B painted by Paul Cowern at KAS Racepaint in Kettering afetr 12 months of researching painters, absolutely fabulous job, colour and striping were spot on, he has dimensions and photos of original paint to work from. Thoroughly recommend KAS.
