I thought if you were a previous owner, for a few quid, you could request the current owners info...
Might be just pub talk though as I don't know anyone who has done it.
Give DVLA a ring...you never know.

Where do you guys with the Z1000Hs get an air filter from....without paying £50 for some 30 year old peice of tat.
Is there a modern equivalent or a K&N that will fit?

If it bothers you, I'd fill it with one of the metal 'weld/filler' types of glue. many moons ago when I wore a hole on my generator cover, I used a whole lotta this stuf and it worked a treat for a couple of years. the hole was the size of a penny and it never leaked untill I replaced the casing. i ...
