Sump baffling
Still suffering with the oil light flickering when under hard acceleration so thought I'd take a look in the depths of the lube system. Strainer is clean as a whistle, pump's fine so refitted with new seal (cheers Pigford). Looking at the sump casting, at the 'gates' in particular, would it be OK to...

Personally I think although the Martins, as with any old cafe racer, handle much better with later cycle parts fitted (tyre width/choice etc) I still think they look much better as standard... unless of course it came with the std Zed front end :P Ah well, whatever you're bringing Paul, I'm sure it'...
